Hi, I'm Beatriz de Lara, CEO of FoodTraining

Graduated in Food Science and Technology and specialist in Mindful Eating, thanks to a University Expert in Mindfulness. I have more than 20 years of experience as a trainer, with a Master's Degree in Teaching in ESO, Baccalaureate and FP, teaching Biochemistry and Food Safety classes in regulated training and varied continuous training to associations, entities and companies. I am also a scientific communicator and I have experience in the Sanitary Inspection sector.



Our history

Looking for solutions to bad eating, which harm the health of body and mind

FoodTraining was born in 2017, to help people and their families maintain a healthier relationship with food. After years of work and research, this method emerged, based on the sustainable Mediterranean Diet and Mindful Eating. In FoodTraining we know that it is not only important what and how much to eat, we have to work on why we eat, when we eat and how we eat, to change in this way, what does not generate physical and / or mental well-being.
To carry out this method of training and support, we collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of Doctors, Nutritionists, Coaches, Sports Trainers and Chefs.
